Rosenbaum Realty Group offers full service management for residential rental properties and we specialize in Arizona real estate investments. This service includes but is not limited to the following:

Do you screen your tenants?
Yes, qualified tenants are key to the success of your rental property. We run credit/background checks on prospective tenants. We verify income and perform landlord rental verifications to make sure the tenants are well qualified to perform the terms of their lease. We understand that vacancies and turnovers are the biggest factors that affect your investment property. We minimize these factors through our tenant screening process.
Are your services city-wide?
Our services are Phoenix valley-wide, but we specialize in the East Valley (Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler)
What types of properties do you manage?
Rosenbaum Realty Group specializes in Multi-family and single family dwellings. We also manage condos and townhomes
What are your fees?
We charge 10% of gross rental income collected and a ½ month’s rent as a leasing fee.
Do you charge a monthly fee when the property is vacant?
No. Some companies charge a flat fee regardless of whether it’s rented out. At Rosenbaum Realty Group we charge only when rent is actually collected. When rent is not collected we charge nothing.
How much do you charge for advertising my property?
We do not charge you for advertising. We use craigslist, MLS, signage and our website to advertise your property.
When are monthly rents dispersed to owners?
This may vary, but typically by the 5th of the following month”
